Meet our Director
Vicky Veliky, founder of the Edenbrook Farm Therapy Program, Inc., has a
degree in Special Education from Valparaiso University. She taught in the
Fluvanna and Albemarle County school systems in the early '90s. Her
second career was in veterinary medicine, as a veterinary assistant and
office manager at Forest Lakes Veterinary Clinic in Charlottesville. Her
passion is bringing people and animals together in a farm setting where
they can experience success, build confidence, express joy and feel loved.

Meet our Riding Instructors
Meredith Martin, an experienced horsewoman and trainer, Meredith
uses a solid foundation in English equitation, western pleasure, and
driving. Versatile and fun, your riding lessons will be rewarding and
enjoyable. She specializes in beginner riders and drivers of all ages.
Norwegian Fjord Horses will be your mounts. Friendly and responsive -
you'll leave thinking "That's one cool horse."

Jane Ferguson, a student at the University of Virginia, and originally from
Delaware, Jane brings a dressage background to our riding program.
Students learn balance and control on their mounts, as well as
horsemanship before and after the lessons. All of the Fjords have been
started in the dressage method, so they are responsive and carry
themselves in a nice frame.
